Coastal Encinitas Rotary Club

Coastal Encinitas Rotary Club Building Communities. Bridging Continents. Cardiff, Ca. 92007. We encourage and enjoy visits by Rotarians from other clubs, nearby or anywhere in the world.

We are a spirited collection of professional men and women who meet Tuesdays for lunch at Cicciotti’s Trattoria Italiano and Seafood located at 1933 San Elijo Ave. Many of our members live and/or work in one of the five communities of Encinitas: Cardiff, Leucadia, Olivenhain, Old Encinitas or New Encinitas. We also have several members from Oceanside, the community of La Costa in South Carlsbad a

nd from Solana Beach and Del Mar. Our meetings are characterized by a spirit of friendship, as we take the time out of our busy schedules to share experiences, discuss ideas and enjoy interesting luncheon speakers, searching for new ways to happily put "Service Above Self". Club members "give back" to our local and world communities through a variety of projects and events. 🎓 More than a scholarship—it’s a pathway to a career!

Coastal Encinitas Rotary is proud to contribute more than $10,000 to the MiraCosta College Foundation for scholarships supporting Technology Career Institute students. For the third consecutive year, we’re helping local students gain marketable skills and prepare for careers in San Diego County’s workforce.

2026 Encinitas Mayoral Forum

Admission is free and open to the public.

American Legion Captain E. Royce Williams Post 416 will host the 2026 Encinitas Mayoral Forum, an opportunity to hear from the candidates for Mayor of Encinitas and learn more about the issues facing our community.

Several Coastal Encinitas Rotary members are involved in supporting the forum. Neil Hokanson will serve as moderator, with fellow Rotarians Bob Hemphill and Ralph Bettencourt also helping support the event.
