We would like to thank our guest speaker, Encinitas Mayor Bruce Ehlers, for his excellent presentation on the "State of the City" in Encinitas. We had a great speaker talking about marketing a service club like the Encinitas Lions Club...Rob Weinberg. He said to talk about the difference we make in people's lives with our free eyeglass program for local students and others in need, helping out fire victims, taking blind people surfing, and more.

We had an excellent guest speaker at the Encinitas Lions Club. First VDG Lion Dr Elizabeth Yoe from the Miramar Lions Club. She had a great career in the Navy, went mustang from enlisted to officer and traveled all over the world, all 7 continents.
