Many of you may remember Mr. Harding from social studies, or perhaps he was your driver's education teacher, as he was mine for both. Unfortunately he has passed away over the weekend. RIP Mr. Harding

John Duane Harding, of Emporia, died on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at his home. He was 87.

Unfortunately during this holiday season, we again have lost another classmate.
Informed this morning that Debbie (Schrooten) Ernst passed away on Christmas day. Please join us in prayers and condolences for her family and friends.

Hey everyone,
We think things have settled down enough now after the reunion. So, guessing we can take on another challlenge. We need to know how many of you would like to order t-shirts, and we have to know quickly, we don't want to drag this out into the Holidays.

We have to know how many will actually order at the new costs, that includes a small order price, a new set-up fee, and shipping. To keep it simple, we will just have a flat fee of $30.00 for either long or short sleeve, and $34 for 2XL, or 3XL

We must have a minimum order of 24, to even get this pricing. Once we get enough shirts reserved, then we we will ask for payment. If we don't get 24 requests, then no deal at all. So not asking for money yet.
The DEADLINE TO REQUEST AN ORDER IS: 11/15/25. No exceptions please!

So these are the pictures that the Gazette sent us. Not much better than some of you had taken. Can't say we are impressed!
We really want to apologize again, that we didn't have a better plan for the group picture. We should have hired a professional, but we were worried about over spending. You know how they say, hind sight is 20/20, live and learn.
Luckily, we have many more pictures to post. I hope we got at least one of everyone. Keep watching for more!

We seem to be getting a lot of requests, and questions asking about t-shirts. We did sell out all of them we had, including a few extras we ordered.
We are asking the company if they still have the artwork, and what the costs would be for another run.
I can tell you, we helped subsidize the costs of the first run to make them cheaper for you. So, a minimum quantity will cost more for each shirt, and will still require set up charges. Also, unless you live in or near Emporia and can pick them up, it will require a shipping fee added.
Stay tuned, once we get a cost, we will post it. If you still want them, there will be a very firm cut off date, and all shirts must be payed for up front before we even place any new orders.
