One of the many decisions our homebuyers get to make it siding color. For this house our buyer chose an LP Smartside color, "Cavern Steel". Boards are painted prior to install and then once again afterwards. We had an amazing group of volunteers from Hills Petfood here in Emporia come and do the final coat of paint on the siding. They did an excellent job and we appreciate their hardwork!

Our buyers are required to put in 300 hrs of sweat equity during the construction of their home. Here, our newest homeowner is putting a wall up in her kitchen.

The trusses went up nice and smooth. We got it decked and shingles too. The volunteers started to install windows and siding.

A large group of volunteers descended upon the site and started framing walls. With hardwork and fellowship the first walls on Home 28 went up!
