For many decades, MKO & MAO have maintained a tradition of empowering women to achieve their personal and professional goals, while providing a forum in which to express their opinions, talent and intelligence—and we want to give this same opportunity for young women in our area. The
Miss Flint Hills Scholarship Pageant is the first step for young women who are looking to continue their education while enhancing their personal and professional skills. As an official Miss America competition preliminary, our entire program is geared to the fact that the Miss America Organization has the largest private scholarship foundation for the women at the local, state and national level. Our contestants, their parents and the entire community will respect and support our program with far greater enthusiasm if we can provide scholarships for our winners.
