We are so excited to announce our partnership with the Emporia Arts Council for the EAC Summer Explorer Program! We have two paw-some events lined up that combine creativity, skill-building, and plenty of wagging tails.

✨ EVENT 1: Dog Tricks for Kids!
🗓 June 6th @ 12:30 pm
Learn the secrets to teaching your pup fun new skills! It’s a great way for kids to lead with confidence.
💰 $20 per family (1 dog) | $5 to audit.
🧡 BONUS: 50% of proceeds go to benefit House of Morrow!

We had the honor of being recognized by Walnut Elementary School as their May Community Patriot Award recipient, representing the character trait of Integrity. This recognition means so much to us, especially knowing it came from teachers who see the impact of community partnerships every day.

We were grateful to be celebrated during their Student of the Month program and to stand alongside students who are also leading with integrity.

Thank you to Walnut Elementary for this meaningful recognition - we are proud to be part of such a strong and values-driven community. 💛

What an incredible way to close out this season of Diverse Voices / Voces Diversas! 📚✨

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the fifth grade authors of Logan Avenue Elementary School at our final Book Launch event of the school year. Seeing students share their original stories and poetry with such confidence and pride is exactly why this program matters.

While our 2025–26 Book Launch events have officially wrapped, the students’ published books are still available through Meadowlark Press - and every purchase helps support and celebrate these young writers and the future of this program.

We’re deeply grateful to our facilitators, partners, educators, families, and community supporters who continue to help us amplify youth voices through the arts. We’re already looking forward to next year!
