is a public foundation established in memory of Richard "Dicky" Cool, supporting organizations that provide services to reduce the incidence of su***de through a multi-faceted approach that combines prevention, intervention, and postvention services, advocacy, and research. Our goal is to foster a society where mental health is prioritized, individuals are empowered to seek help, and no one faces suicidal ideation alone.

Hope to see some family and friends this coming Saturday at the Emmitsburg Vfw for our Shuffleboard Tournament. It is open to the public to play or for spectators. Proceeds from the event will be going to AFSP and Cool’s Legacy.

We'll also have 50/50 Raffle, Tip Jars, Raffle baskets, and light lunch and snacks available.

Following the tournament we'll be dancing the night away with DJ Fire...come on out and have some fun!

Thanks to everyone that attended or supported our Spooky Crawl for a Cause. We didn't get many photos of the day, but a great time was had by all.

We are looking forward to making it an annual event...so be sure to check back next year around Halloween for details!

Our next scheduled fundraising event is a Shuffleboard Tournament at the Emmitsburg VFW on November 22nd. This event will be open to the public and will include Raffle Baskets, 50/50, tips jars, and more.
