If you are located in the Star area of Ada County, we just opened our winter/spring STEP 4-H program for small animals! These meetings will be held at the Star Branch Library from 4:00 - 5:30 pm on December 2, January 6, February 3, March 3, April 14 and April 28. We will be at D&B Supply-Emmett on Saturday 11/9/24 from 12:30 to 3:30 taking nonperishable donations for our Harvest for Hope canned food drive. All donations will go to our local Emmett Valley Friendship Coalition just in time for the holidays!!

We have so much going on in the next couple of weeks! Be sure to help Wagon Wheel 4-H Club by donating non-perishable items that will be given to our Emmett Valley Friendship Coalition this Saturday at the Kickin Cowgirl Christmas Bazaar from 10-2. They will also be located at D&B Supply in Emmett on 11/9/24 from 12:30 to 3:30.

Come down 11/16/24 from 1-3 for our Barn of Knowledge that is being hosted by 4-H volunteers and youth at the 4-H building. If you want to know more or sign up to be a leader or member, we will have all that available and more!

Our 4-H year is gearing up!! Beef weigh-in is 2/25/23 and before you know it our sheep and goat weigh-in will be here. If you ever wonder what you can do to support our youth in the ag industry, consider supporting them during the fair at the Gem County Fairgrounds.

Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

2021 clinic fees are $125 per child.

For every participant that gets their forms and payment in by the deadline of April 15th, you will be entered into a drawing for an amazing prize! There will be a sheep and a beef participant drawn.
