Hey all, less than 2 weeks away! We're getting excited, how about you? Please remember to get your tax ID information sent to us and food handlers permit, if you're a food vendor.

We will be setting up a covered picnic area for customers and were wondering if any of you would let us borrow any canopies you may have? Remember, we're a non-profit, so we're trying to keep costs at a minimum, so any help would be greatly appreciated. We're also low on volunteers to help set up seating and direct traffic, so if you can help with that on Friday evening and/or Saturday morning after your booths are set up, we would appreciate that as well.

I will be emailing out floorplans with the labelled booth spots next week. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. We're so excited to see you all there :-)

Still accepting vendors! If you have told me you will be attending, but haven't gotten your paperwork or payment in, I need that ASAP. Remember, we try to have as little overlap as possible with our vendors so someone else might take a spot you're hoping for if your paperwork isn't in.

This is the list of confirmed vendors as of 4/18/2023. If you're not on list list, but have sent in your paperwork, please let me know ASAP so I can fix that. As of today, I haven't started signing up any vendors that weren't with us previously. I will start doing that tomorrow to give you all a little extra time to get your paperwork in. I'm looking forward to seeing you guys again 😊
