• Promote business retention and attraction within the Emmetsburg Business Park
• Create new housing in Emmetsburg by wo

rking with local contractors and Iowa Lakes Community College
• Partner with the City of Emmetsburg and local organizations to invest in quality of life projects in Emmetsburg that will attract and retain residents
