Since 2010, The Seed Farm has trained new farmers in all aspects of running an agricultural business, from business and crop planning to equipment use, production techniques and marketing. Through our ag incubator, beginning farmers can launch their businesses with access to The Seed Farm's equipment, land, and infrastructure. Incubator farmers produce and market their own products while receiving

guidance and technical support from Seed Farm staff and experienced local farm mentors. Apply now to learn to farm OR to launch your farm.

We could use a boost of volunteer power to close up the fields for winter! Help us plant the last of the garlic, remove irrigation and plastic mulch from the field, and feel good knowing you’re leaving our soil better than you found it. This is the unglamorous but necessary work that allows us to grow nutritious and delicious food for our community

In 2025, we grew over 9,000lbs of fresh organic produce for neighboring food pantries! Better yet, most of those crops went from our field to a family’s table in less than 24 hours. All of this has been made possible by the efforts of our enthusiastic and hard-working volunteers, and we are so grateful! 🌱✨🧄
