Atul returns to help guide our exploration with a focus on how our understanding and experience of this foundational teaching of emptiness positively affects our lives. No prior attendance is necessary - all are welcome to drop in. We hope to see you there!

Join us this afternoon from 4:00 - 5:30pm as we welcome back Atul Govil to help us explore why the Heart Sutra is beneficial to our practice and how to apply it to our daily life. The Heart Sutra
is a foundational teaching on emptiness, used by many Mahayana traditions. There will be time for discussion and questions during this session as we navigate the path together. There will be no virtual Zoom attendance option for this session. Hope to see you there!
