Emlenton Community Cat Care Project

Sweet Ember is looking for her forever home. She’s sweet and curious. About 5 months old, she is spayed, negative for FeLV/FIV, flea treated, vaccinated, dewormed and ready to go to her own loving, indoor home. She gets along with dogs, cats, and kids. Reach out if you’re interested.

With all of our adoptions, if we don’t know you or know someone who knows you, we have an adoption application that must be submitted and approved. We also ask for a donation to help cover our vet expenses😻❤️!

Big thank you to everyone who has donated so far and shout out to Mickey Bell for being a huge help and educating me on TNR! We have enough $$ to fix all 4 cats and also found a forever home for the white one! 😁 With the help of Mickey from Emlenton community cat care we have officially set up a new donation account specifically for Parker Community cats at Precious Paws in Seneca. Anyone is welcome to donate$$$ directly to this account! Also anyone who wishes to donate their time and volunteer to help trap these strays to be neutered. Please! Please! reach out to me and message me. This is very important! If you are feeding any strays at home msg me and we can work on getting them fixed. If we work together we can get this problem under control!

Yesterday morning, the 2 kitten sibling brothers from St. Petersburg, were finally able to be fixed and vaccinated at Precious Paws🙌🏻😻🙏🏻! Both of them were already in their loving, forever homes and they were safely returned to continue to their wonderful new life😻😻!

An unaltered, feral, male cat was humanely trapped on Big Bend Road and he was taken to Precious Paws for a vet check, neuter, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccine, flea treatment, dewormed and ear tipped. He was returned to where he was trapped and kept safe with food and water until he can be safely released today🙏🏻😻!

Lastly, a very friendly, unfixed, tick covered, female kitten around 5 months of age, was also taken to Precious Paws for a vet check, spay, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccine, flea treatment, dewormed and tested for FeLV/FIV. Praise God she is negative/negative for FeLV/FIV🙌🏻🙏🏻! She wandered over to a small group of people on Saturday evening at their fire pit on River Avenue and thankfully, we had someone who was able to go pick her up and is fostering her. She has scratches on her face, multiple ticks on her and some of her teeth seem damaged😢! Praying she wasn’t thrown out of a car but regardless, she is safe now. I will never understand how anyone can hurt, abandon and/or dump animals😡! Ember will be looking for her loving, indoor only home soon🙏🏻😻❤️!

I want to continue to thank everyone at Precious Paws who make this possible to help these cats and kittens! Our vet drives from south Pittsburgh every week and everyone who works and volunteers at these low cost clinics deals with long and tiring days🙏🏻😻❤️! Also, many thanks to our supporters, our fosters, those who reach out as soon as they notice a stray cat or issue, those who help with setting traps and those who adopt🙌🏻😻🙏🏻❤️!! We cannot do any of this without you!!

I CANNOT stress enough to please spay/neuter and do it as soon as they can be fixed🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻!

To date, 490 cats and kittens have been helped with the Emlenton Community Cat TNR and
Rescue Project🙏🏻😻❤️!
