I had two young ladies work with me today, and I was incredibly impressed by them. The one in middle school and the one in high school both caught on right away. Their work ethic was excellent, and they were exceptionally polite. It is rare to see such dedication and professionalism at their age.

Inquiry regarding paperwork for satellite churches (Eminence HCHC / Dare to Care

I am reaching out to ensure that all of our paperwork is correctly in order for our upcoming Dare to Care distributions.

As a reminder, our satellite locations—including Campbellsburg, Port Royal, New Castle, and Franklinton—are coordinated directly through the Eminence HCHC.

Because our team exclusively handles the Dare to Care distributions for these specific locations, we want to make sure there is no confusion. To ensure absolute accuracy, we verify our paperwork and updates directly through Joe Durbin or Marla Armstrong.

When we call with questions, it is simply to ensure that all sites, pick-up locations, and administrative records are perfectly aligned. We truly appreciate your patience, guidance, and cooperation as we work together to serve these communities smoothly.

Urgent: Volunteers Needed for Monday Morning Box Packing

Hi everyone,
We are facing a critical shortage of hands for our regular Monday morning shift (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM). We currently only have three people scheduled to fill boxes, and we are in serious trouble keeping up with the high demand.
We urgently need volunteers who can commit to this 1.5-hour window—whether it's just for next Monday or on a recurring basis.
Your help will make a massive difference in ensuring we don't fall behind.
Shift Details:
• When: Mondays, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• Task: Packing and filling boxes
• Location: Henry County Help Center,4844 N. Main, Eminence

Subject: Important: It is time for your annual HCHC paperwork update

Hello,
It is that time of year again! HCHC updates your paperwork once yearly, and your renewal window is coming up soon.
To complete your update, we will be asking for the following information:
• Household Members & Ages: An updated list of everyone living in your home and their current ages.
• Proof of Address:
• If a household member has a utility bill in their name, please provide a copy.
• If they are listed on your lease, please provide a copy of the lease.
• If they do not have a bill in their name, they must provide proof of address, such as a driver's license showing the correct address. Please note: Under Kentucky law, if you do not have a utility bill in your name, you are required to update your license to match your current address.
• Contact Information: Please provide any updated phone numbers for your household.
Please gather these documents so we can update your file quickly and ensure your services continue without interruption.

This is also for our satellites churches,I will be making calls soon and it is your duty to inform us of changes to your household.

Thank you so much for thinking of the food bank and wanting to support our community. We truly appreciate your generous heart.

We wanted to share a little bit about why we have to be strict about only accepting new items. For many of our neighbors, walking through our doors and asking for help takes an immense amount of courage. Because it can be a really tough emotional hurdle, our highest priority is protecting their dignity. We want every family to feel valued, respected, and uplifted, which is why we commit to only giving out new, fresh items.
Additionally, our tiny team doesn't have the staff or space to inspect, clean, and sanitize used goods. We’d still love to have your support if you ever want to donate standard food staples or new personal care items!"
