This past Saturday, HopeLink Peer Support Specialist Paul Buck had the opportunity to attend Recovery on the River, a powerful event dedicated to celebrating recovery, building community, and promoting hope.

The day was filled with meaningful conversations, networking opportunities, and connections with organizations and professionals who share a common mission of supporting individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges. Events like Recovery on the River provide an invaluable space for collaboration, resource sharing, and strengthening partnerships that help expand access to recovery support throughout our communities.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an inspiring event and look forward to continuing these relationships as we work together to create lasting pathways to recovery, wellness, and hope for those we serve every day.

Attention Trimble County residents! HopeLink’s peer support services are now available every Thursday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Trimble County Tri-County Community Action Agency office.

If you or a loved one are in need of recovery support, guidance, resources, or have general questions related to addiction, stop by and see us. We’re here to offer support, hope, and connection to resources for those affected by substance use disorder.

These services are available to all residents of Henry Oldham and Trimble Counties (based on eligibility determination) and recovery service transportation and Hope Center services are free of charge.

Our HopeLink clients enjoyed a cookout during group today! We spent the first hour working through our Trait-Based Model of Recovery lesson, then got to spend the second hour enjoying good food, conversation, and fellowship together.

Sometimes it’s important to pause, take a break, and appreciate all of the hard work and growth happening along the journey. We are so proud of our clients and grateful for the wonderful community we continue to build together.

A huge thank you to our staff and clients who helped prepare everything and made today so special!
