When Lake Tahoe is packed and on Donner Lake there isn’t room for an additional boat on the Lake... you would find peace here. Memorial Day weekend and two boats on the entire lake. Relax enjoy Gods Beauty.

It’s snowing....

The Center has 5 bedrooms, a Tree house, soon a Tiny House and a loft. 4 of the Bedrooms have king beds and so does the Tree house. All kings can be two twins. The 5th bedroom is a twin though we will be getting another twin for that room so it could be a king also. The loft is just a twin. Three bedrooms and the a Tree house have down comforters. The Tiny House will have a full size bed it will run on solar and have a small wood stove for heat.

Currently there are 3 1/2 bathrooms.

Pricing will be $250 per night plus $40 per couple or $25 a person or $500 a night what ever is less.

There is a living room on the main floor and a second living room downstairs both with large screen 4K smart TVs. There is semi high speed internet though it can be slower in storms.

The home is stocked with every appliance one would need. Ice Cream maker, would be my favorite.
