Hey Homeschoolers!

We are meeting next Thursday, the 26th. According to my weather it's sunny and 75°, so I'm planning on the Emery Park.

We begin at 10:30am with a paper mache craft. I have tons of glue, and flour. I'm asking for help in supplying the paper, any news paper, old magazines, toilet/paper towel rolls, cardboard.

As always it is a bring your own lunches. Lunch begins at 12, there is a play ground at the park the kids can play and we will begin our second activity at 1pm.

I'm hoping some of our creations might be dry enough to paint by 1, but just incase they're not, plan to bring a shoe box to take wet creations home for later painting.

As a reminder, there is no bathroom at the park but there is a bathroom at the total stop on main street which isn't too far away.

We will wrap up around 2:30 if the kids last that long. See you all next Thursday!

With the weather outside, I am thinking I'll cancel tomorrow's meeting. We will get back together the last Tuesday of January. I'll be posting the venue for January's meeting in a few weeks. We look forward to seeing you!

Hello everybody! Hope you're staying warm out there! I have called Freeman Library to host us for our meeting tomorrow. Starting at 10:30am I've got a great activity with the 50 states, learning about capitals, flags, birds, and flowers! It is a bring your own lunch, starting at 12 pm. Our second activity will start at 1pm, creating pipe cleaner creations! Hopefully we will finish up around 2:30, but with rambunctious kiddos, and an indoor venue, we will see how the day takes us! Can't wait to see you guys there!

Can't wait to see you guys tomorrow for our first meet up! The weather is looking good! We still plan to meet at the Emery park. Starting our first activity at 10:30am. With lunch at the covered Ramada at noon, please don't forget to bring your own lunches! We'll have some free time to play at the playground. Until 1 o'clock, when we begin our second event. Hopefully lasting until 2:30, if we end early with tired kiddos, that's okay too! Please bring water bottles, and bag chairs if metal benches are too much for you.

(There is NOT a public bathroom at the park. But there is a Total Stop just down the road with a bathroom) 😊
