HPAE hits Pause, Delaying a Strike
HPAE Local 5105 members have made some progress in bargaining with Virtua management since handing in a 10-day strike notice last week. After meeting with the employer, the bargaining committee made a decision to delay the strike and go back to the table tomorrow.

"Nurses will no longer tolerate the status quo and are willing to do whatever it takes to make their hospitals safer and more competitive, including participating in a strike," said Debbie White, President of HPAE.
