Walkerville AR Volunteer Fire Dept. Walkerville VFD serves the Walkerville Community and surrounding areas as mutual aid. We have 16 Firefighters as well as 3 trained EMR personal.

We are always looking for new volunteers to join our team!!

* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 222 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Buckner to 6 miles northwest of Bradley, or along a line from
5 miles northwest of Waldo to 16 miles southwest of Lewisville,
moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

What an incredible day was had at our Hamburger & Hotdog Fundraiser! We were overwhelmed by the support shown from our community, as well as the many Columbia County law enforcement officers, and neighboring fire departments who came out to join us.

We are especially grateful for the generous donations we received. Your kindness and support mean so much to our Walkerville Firefighters, which helps us continue serving our community.

Congratulations to Marty Ingle, the lucky winner of the Henry Golden Boy .22 rifle and a box of shells!

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared a meal, and supported our fundraiser. We are truly blessed to serve such an amazing community. Your continued support never goes unnoticed!

🚨Our community needs our help🚨

🧑‍🚒The Walkerville Volunteer Firefighters are hosting a fundraiser on Saturday, April 25th starting at 3pm. It is a Burger🍔 & Hotdog🌭 supper!! $10 dollars a plate 😋 Includes chips, drink & a dessert!

✨️There will also be a drawing that evening for a Henry Golden Boy Lever-Action Rim-fire 22 Long Rifle will be at 6pm.

👩‍🚒This event will support the Walkerville VFD in covering costs for equipment, training, and general operating expenses. Let us rally together and make a difference for our fighters and our Walkerville community neighbors!

Until it can be examined, our gas pump is closed for service.

We would like to thank the Magnolia Fire Department, Macedonia Volunteer Fire Department, and the Columbia County Sheriff Department for responding to a truck fire in our parking lot.
