The All-American Picnic, Lorain County's celebration of the nation's 250th anniversary, will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 24 at the Old Courthouse on Second Street in Elyria.
The event is free and family-friendly and is sponsored by the Lorain County Visitors Bureau.
The public is invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket for an afternoon of patriotic fun and community spirit.
Hot dogs, popcorn, cookies and apple pie will be served while supplies last, and there will be giveaways.
Festivities include a concert by the Cleveland Pops Orchestra.

If you are interested in walking in the Elyria Memorial Day Parade with us on Monday May 25th please confirm no later than this Wednesday May 20th by 12:00 to Vince Murray (216) 973-3265.

We need to ensure that we have a minimum 12 people to walk with us.

Parade Information:

Staging: We will be located on Second St east bound from Court St. to the Elks Lodge

Be at our STAGING area By: 9:15am
