Lorain County Community College Foundation The Foundation enhances our community’s quality of life by investing in key LCCC priorities

The LCCC Foundation was created in 1973 as the direct support organization for Lorain County Community College. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors representing fifty leaders whose primary goal is to serve the greater community. They are able to accomplish this goal by working with the LCCC Foundation and providing guidance for the financial support so needed by the college. As the

college reaches out to the community by offering enhanced programs, the financial needs continue to grow. By supporting the Foundation, you can help the college meet the growing needs of Lorain County. These four cornerstones represent the foundation for Lorain County's advancement. Economic development
Educational opportunity
Cultural diversity
Community growth

Lorain County Community College is committed to serving as a bridge to transport the county into an exciting new phase of substantial growth. As we work towards enhancing our community's economic competitiveness, your support of our Annual Fund lays the groundwork. The LCCC Foundation enhances our community's quality of life by investing in key Lorain County Community College priorities that present the greatest impact and growth opportunities for the people of our community.

Gene and Gloria Leonard '72 enjoyed an unforgettable night with the Cleveland Cavaliers after winning this exclusive experience at our LCCC Foundation Funding Futures event!

They spent the game in the Joe Tait Perch alongside Cavs radio voice Tim Alcorn and Cavs legend Jim Chones, taking in the action from one of the best seats in the house. While the Cavs came up short, the Leonards were fully immersed in the energy of the game and had an incredible time.

Thank you to Gene and Gloria for their generous support of the LCCC Foundation. We are also deeply grateful to Tim Alcorn, proud member of the LCCC Class of 1983 and 2025 LCCC Foundation Commodore Hall of Fame inductee, and to the Cleveland Cavaliers for making this special experience possible.
