They did it!

Despite the swampy conditions and the cartpath only regulation, all 18 golfers were able to complete the marathon of 100 holes of golf in one day.

They teed off at 7 AM and the last group came in at 9 PM! For several of the golfers that was their seventh year in a row. What an amazing accomplishment.

Thanks to everyone, who supported them, including their families for letting them spend the day golfing for kids speech therapy. And also things to everyone who supported them financially.

It’s almost 9:30 AM and the golfers are through the first 18 holes. Pretty amazing considering how soggy some of their shoes already look.

And they’re off! 7th annual out where each of these amazing folks attempt to golf 100 holes in one day.

This year is going to prove to be the most challenging. For those of you who understand golf, the course is cartpath only so you’re not able to zip your card around to find your ball. You’ll be using your legs a lot more! (Walking running to find your ball).

So grateful to each of these people who are raising money for kids who needs speech therapy.

With this, the Orange Effect Foundation has funded 516 children in 43 states. Grants have purchased 146 speech devices and more than 8,880 hours of speech therapy.
