📣 Attention Section G11!
Want to get more involved at the section level and help bring the 2026 Section Conclave to life? We're looking for Committee Vice Chiefs (CVCs) to join the team!

As a CVC, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Conclave experience. Here’s what we’re looking for ⬇️

✨ Communications – Promote conclave beforehand and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes during the weekend.
🎮 Program – Plan the main activities and competitions tied to our theme and coordinate with host lodge logistics.
🎭 Shows – Plan, stage, and execute the two evening shows (and maybe even a bash afterward!).
⭐ Special Events – Oversee major elements like Service Corps, training sessions, vendors, silent auction, and more.
🛍️ Trading Post – Help design and organize Section merchandise.

If you’re ready to help create an unforgettable conclave, we want you on the team!

Section G11 just wrapped up our annual Council of Chiefs!

Today our lodge and chapter leaders gathered to review the budget and continue planning for our 2026 Section Conclave—coming September 11–13 at camp Phillippo!

Great discussions, great fellowship, and an amazing team working hard for an even better year ahead!

What a fantastic Section Conclave!🛶🎉

Just over 300 arrowmen attended this year's record-breaking Section Conclave: Boats of Brotherhood. Participants had the opportunity to canoe in the Boundary Waters, give cheerful service to camp, attend trainings, and much more, all at !

We can't wait for next year's Section Conclave at Phillippo Scout Camp, from September 11 - 13!
