Twin Valley had a very busy music filled weekend! MEBC 6th Grade Band Festival, with the following TV students participating under the direction of Carrie Gendaszek:
Flutes - Abigail Carter and Eden McHugh, Clarinet - Cadence Joerger and Alice McFarland, Alto Sax - Natalie Stewartz, Trumpet - Luke D’Amico and Aubree Hankinson, Trombone - Ben Steel and Nick Constance, Mallet percussion - Landon Whitely, Battery percussion - Reese Nichols.

The high school ensembles, under the direction of Robert Bennett, participated in the Temple University Festival of Winds (Symphonic Band) on Friday and the Kutztown Jazz Festival (Jazz Band) on Saturday.
Great performances by all - Congratulations!

Region 5 Chorus Festival was held February 23rd - February 25th @ Mountain View MS (part of Cumberland Valley SD)

The District 10 Band Festival was held February 9th thru the 11th at Nazareth High School.

Attention all TV Marching Band Alumni and Enthusiasts! The Twin Valley School District is selling the old marching band uniforms that have been in use for the past 21+ years. For $45 payable to TVSD, you can own your own piece of TV history. Current students get first dibs now through 2/17/23. After this date, alumni and the general public will be allowed to purchase the old uniforms through March 1, 2023. The old uniforms will then be removed from the premises after March 1, 2023, so you must act fast! If you are interested in purchasing a uniform, please contact [email protected] to make arrangements for payment and pickup.
