The district conducted two Community Information meetings regarding Prop 2. The attached pictures are the slides that were presented at these meetings.

The polling place for Elsberry voters has changed.

POLLING PLACE CHANGE INFORMATION

One of our polling places has changed locations.
If you are a registered voter within the Elsberry precinct, your polling location has changed.
The Elsberry precinct is now located at the Elsberry United Methodist Church, 109 N. 4th Street, Elsberry, MO 63343.

Funds from the successful passage of Prop 2 would be used to upgrade some of our current HVAC condensing units. This will increase the efficiency of these units and also reduce repair costs on these units.

The band room carpet is over 20 years old and is in bad shape. Prop 2 would replace the old worn carpet with new carpet for our students and staff.

Prop 2 would update cabinets and sinks in the high school art room, K-8 art room and 2 Kindergarten classrooms. These cabinets are the original cabinets from when these buildings where built in the 1960s.

Prop 2 would also remove and replace about 20,000 sq. ft. of non-asbestos floor tile. These tile are 30-50 years old and are in need of an update.

Many of the interior doors were replaced during the renovations in 2008. There are about 40 doors that haven't been updated and several still have the wood frame and they are unable to be securely locked. Prop 2 would replace the remaining doors with new fire rated doors and metal frames where necessary which will allow all interior doors to lock properly.
