PAC is thrilled to announce Allison Fine as one of this year's PAC speakers!

Allison has studied how media can be used as a tool for social change for many years, and she knows the effects that social media has on the world. She has written a book called Momentum: Igniting Social Change in the Connected Age, which shows how the proper use of social media tools can be the launch of change. Through this book, as well as through the other professional talks she has given, she has opened many eyes to the fact that something as small as becoming connected to one another can be the core of social change efforts. Along with Momentum: Igniting Social in the Connected Age, she has also written a book called Matterness: What Fearless Leaders Know About the Power and Promise of Social Media. On her website, she says, “I look forward to continuing to write and speak about how we are living and working together to create a more prosperous, equitable and just society.” We are excited to learn about how to use social media for social change from someone who has dedicated their life to this finding answers.
