The survey of more than 1,400 North Carolina residents conducted June 24-25 focused on a range of topics related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including its impact on the economy and personal lives.

In our national survey, we find that 30% of 18-24 year olds *were not* worried about spreading coronavirus to others.

Also among 18-24 year olds...

47% believe they'll be able to tell they have coronavirus from their flu-like symptoms.

48% believe coronavirus is no more dangerous to them than the flu.

On March 11, President Trump said leaders in the health insurance industry agreed to waive the copays for coronavirus treatment.

At the , we wondered what % of people believed this to be true.

In our survey conducted March 16-17, we find that 36% of Americans believe that “Major health insurance companies have agreed to waive the costs of coronavirus treatment.”
