The Sigma Rho chapter of Alpha Phi Omega serves the campus of Elon University as the university's only co-ed service fraternity. The chapter currently has approximately 100 undergraduate members from diverse educational backgrounds who must do at least 25 service hours per semester. Our chapter works with over 30 campus, local, and national non-profit organizations and annually provides thousands

of hours of volunteer services. In addition, our chapter strives to develop leadership skills in all of our members and provides many fellowship events, including semi-formal and formal dances, throughout the semester. After graduating, our hundreds of alumni brothers have gone on to live all over the globe and work for organizations and businesses such as the Peace Corps, Teach for America, CNN News, Apple, United States Congress, Credit Suisse, and several universities. We are always searching for new recruits and have rush periods at the beginning of spring semester.

From making cards for elderly populations to donating food to those in need, our brothers are already starting to make a difference in our community through APO. Finally, they ended the week with bonding through art. We can’t wait to watch them work through the new member process!
