Don't forget! Our Elmwood Park Rush & River Grove Recreation NFL Flag Football Pool Party is coming up on Friday, June 26th!

The schedules for our final two weeks of NFL FLAG Spring Flag Football have now been finalized! Be sure to check your team's practice and game times on the Week 6 and Week 7 schedules.

🏈 WEEK 5 SCHEDULE UPDATE – SUNDAY, MAY 31ST 🏈

We’ve got some exciting news! Four teams from Berwyn will be joining us this Sunday to help extend their season and add even more fun competition to our Spring Flag Football Program!

There’s also a chance a few more Berwyn teams may join us for Weeks 6 & 7, so those schedules will be released once finalized.

Emails have officially been sent out to all registered players with their TEAM Assignments for the Elmwood Park & River Grove Spring Flag Football Program! 📧🙌

🏈 WEEK 1 KICKOFF IS HERE! 🏈

We’re excited to officially kick off the 2025 Spring NFL FLAG Football Season this Sunday with our “Get to Know Flag Football” event!

This first session is all about learning the game, meeting teammates, and having FUN as we get the season started.

📍 Elmwood Park High School – Varsity Field
⏰ 1st–4th Grade: 10:00 AM
⏰ 5th–8th Grade: 11:30 AM

👟 Please have your players ready with cleats or gym shoes and dressed to play!

There are 16 teams this season, and we’re looking forward to an amazing spring full of development, teamwork, and fun competition.

👉 Team assignments will be announced
👉 Players will rotate through skill stations
👉 Practices & games begin next week

Let’s pack the field and kick this season off the right way!
