Yesterday, the Grand Chamber by O’Hare was honored to join Leyden Township, elected officials from across local, state, and federal government, and community members for the ribbon cutting of the new Leyden Senior Apartments.

The new complex will provide more than 80 affordable homes for older adults, along with a fitness center, laundry facilities, and a community room.

Congratulations to Leyden Township and everyone whose partnership and hard work brought this important project to life. Investing in our seniors strengthens the entire community.

The Edison Park Community Council’s Annual Pet Fair & Blessing is this Saturday, October 3, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Monument Park, 6679 N. Avondale in Chicago.

Bring your pets for the blessing at 10:00 AM, plus pet vendors, treats, giveaways, and photo opportunities. All pets are welcome!
