Mad Dog NFL Flag Football Mad Dog Sports Flag Football program is the premier NFL Youth Flag Football league for boys and girls in Grades 1 - 8.

Our league is an official program of NFL Flag. Every athlete will receive a NFL team jersey, shorts and flags.
