We are open today 7-2p; stop in for breakfast or coffee and conversation. Reminder that our upcoming event led by our very own Kendra Amborski is right around the corner. Kendra brought her blanket making skills to Christy's Corner Cafe' after working with the Traumatic Brain Injury Resource Center. Join us next Thursday to make blankets and learn how making them aids traumatic brain injury survivors in their recovery. All supplies will be provided - come with a happy heart and a desire to help others. Blankets made at this event and throughout the week will be donated to WarmHearts, a local nonprofit that creates, collects and distributes blankets to those in need. If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting Tonya during your visit to Christy's Corner Cafe' it's only a matter of time. She is a diligent and dedicated team member with a warm smile and enthusiasm to learn new tasks. Her positive attitude is infectious and she is always on the move; grass will never grow under this young lady's feet! She is a hard worker who takes pride in learning and doing her job well and quick to offer assistance to her coworkers, a perfect blend for our cafe':)
