The S.C.D.A solves a need by unifying Innovators, public entities and private investors in a centralized hub for efficient information decimation and collaborative planning. This results in solid strategic implementation of community development initiatives that create sustainability and opportunity for those groups who may have previously lacked access. ( SCDA is a non-governmental organization)

As communities struggle with the chicken and the egg game as it relates to property quality and standard of living in challenged neighborhoods its increasingly important to be sure the solutions are comprehensive. Any solution must tend to the Heart, Mind and physical conditions together as one unit If Communities are to affect positive and lasting change. The SCDA is a resource to influence policy and empower stakeholders to collaborate in a meaningful and efficient capacity.

"We’ve been working with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) for the past four years to bring a medical school to Elmira. Today, Dr. Richard Terry has informed us they’ve received favorable news from the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) and are awaiting a formal approval letter. Congratulations to LECOM. This is great news for our Community!"
