They have indefinitely postponed his court date. This is disappointing because he was injured by CO's at Comstock. We continue to fight for his cause. Letters would really lift his spirits.

Billy is going to court this month in a civil suit against NYSDOCS . While he was in Comstock they put 7 stitches in his head. He's been through Hell with these prison guards.
He thanks all of you for your support. The best thing any of you could do is write him a letter. Be sure to put his prison number on it. He nerds alkyl the friendly mailhe can get. He will definitely write you back.

Billy is being honored by Yale University's Law Journal for an essay he wrote behind bars. He as given an Honorable Mention in its Prison Law Writing Contest.
