TOPS 0713 Meeting together to help encourage one another on our weight loss journey We meet in the basement of the Elmira Christian Center every Thurs. night.

Weigh ins are from 5 pm to 5:55 pm with our meeting starting at 6 pm to usually 6:45. We try to encourage each other with making healthy changes through the food choices we make and exercising.
