The final numbers are in for A Night to gLOWE 2024. Net profit that was raised is $8,193.12, all thanks to our community!

$2,993.12 will be going to Be the Match. Shae and Tylor Thomas will each receive $2,600 in a scholarship fund.

Why $2,600? 26 is Billy’s number so it seemed appropriate to honor him.

Thank you from the very bottom of my heart to everyone who had a part in this! To every single business sponsor, to every volunteer, to every person who attended, and to the people of Horseheads Elks Lodge 2297 who made it possible!

I’ve been told by quite a few people how they can’t wait until next year and how much fun this event has been. Personally speaking also the food was fabulous this year!

I’ve also heard the only issue was timing and that impacted attendance. If we’re able to have this again I am considering a week later to avoid some conflicts.

In order to continue having A Night to gLOWE I need more volunteers to help with getting sponsorships, distributing fliers and selling tickets in advance. If you are interested in doing that please comment on this post. I’d love to keep this going but it truly takes more help with these things.

Tonight’s the night! We’re looking forward to a fun night for a great cause!

Tickets are still available at the door. Come join us at the Horseheads Elks Lodge 2297.

Have I mentioned there are sooooo many fabulous raffles? Everything from lottery baskets to local gift cards and wine to a large smokeless fire pit to autographed Buffalo Bills helmets!

Thank you again to all of our local business sponsors and of course to everyone at the Horseheads Elks! Oh did I mention that the Horseheads Elks Bell Jar committee is donating $1,000 to our cause?! That’s what these people are about… supporting our community and causes near and dear to us all!

~ Are you a business and interested in sponsoring a table to get a last minute year end advertising expense? Please let us know soon.

I was at the queen of hearts this evening at Horseheads Elks Lodge 2297 and was asked to tell everyone about our upcoming A Night to gLOWE. Last year we raised just under $15,000 that we donated to two near and dear causes! It is my sincerest hope that we beat that number this year for two more near and dear causes! We’re encouraging everyone to take advantage of the table option especially if there are specific people you’d like to sit with and why not save $45 in doing so.

Fliers, business sponsor letters and tickets are done! Tickets will be available for purchase at the Horseheads Elks beginning Monday October 30th. Remember if you want to be sure you are seated together your best bet is to purchase the table of 6 for $400. It's even better if you're a business and you want to sponsor the table for the same price! Reach out to Melissa for table sponsorships as soon as you can. Thank you!

Who’s got the 2nd annual a Night to gLOWE set on their calendar for 1-13-24?

Posters, signs and tickets are being finalized now and tickets will go on sale next week! We’re keeping ticket options simple. $50 per individual ticket or guarantee you sit with your friends and get a table for 6 for $400. The table option comes with 6 event tickets, 6 drink tickets and 6 sheets of tickets for the raffles! That’s a $445 value for $400.

The table is a GREAT business sponsorship option! In addition to all that comes with the table package your business will also get advertising on social media as well as at the event. We’re hoping to see all of our business sponsors again this year as well as some new ones!

Ticket sales will be limited so start making your plans now with all of your friends so you are ready when sales begin.
