Just some of the wonderful hearts that came out and enjoyed the beautiful weather! Thank you very much! The lovely Karen Zenisek also took the prize for the first female to finish the 13 miles!! I’m so proud to be always in the company of greatness!

Don’t forget to sign up to our team HUSTLE AND FLOW and start your year right! I am in the midst of moving now so I’m a spur of the moment runner, but hoping to get some decent mileage tomorrow Sunday on the path. If anyone’s game text me or let me know and we can set up a time! Coffee on me at Lezza’s after. I’m thinking 4-6 miles. Or 10. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hello! I just registered us as a team! So, if you go on their site, Nofrillsfunrun.org, look for our team name Hustle and Flow, and you can register for the discounted rate. Let’s get this done! And I know I e been slacking but look for an easy workout starting with a longish run this weekend. I work so I won’t be able to join you but if you can do a run or run/walk minimum of three miles, you get a virtual high five! Now don’t wait, to register!
