EMW Baseball and Softball Families…

1) Director of Baseball/Vice President of Operations: Head of baseball operations and oversight of both the house/rec and travel programs. Work directly with the head of softball/President for all league operations. Direct liaison with head of softball to Little League International, and responsible for attending District 1 Little League Meetings, and needed interleague meetings, and all EMW LLC meetings. Along with president, lead and direct support of all board positions. This is an executive board position and is a 2 year term.
2) Equipment Manager x 2: We are proposing splitting this position into two separate positions: 1) physical equipment manager/distributions/Dicks liaison & 2) Uniforms and Awards
3) Safety Officer: Primary contact for all insurance related items, including general league, house league and travel team coverages, outreach for injuries sustained, communication and liaison for all COIs, make sure AED equipment is in appropriate working order.
4) Travel Coordinator: Focused on outreach to travel coaches, reviewing travel regulation and policy, helping with conflict resolutions within travel programming, aid with outreach or communication when appropriate. Both the heads of baseball and softball are also the primary liaison to this position. Primarily looking for someone to represent on the TRIBE side that has at least one year of experience with Tribe programming.
5) Player Agents (Baseball) x 2: – one focusing at TBALL & one focusing either at Minor or Major boys. On the baseball side, we aim to have a single assigned player agent to each division. Player agents are responsible for helping with coaching coordination, and player assignments and drafting, along with direct liaison between director and division. They are responsible for scheduling their assigned division. Some degree of knowledge of baseball scheduling operations is helpful.
6) Player Agent (Softball) x 1 – Direct liaison between Director of Softball and divisions. Help with coaching recruitment, and player assignments and drafts. You along with the director of softball help coordinate schedules and attend interleague meetings, coordination of league and interleague scheduling. Some degree of knowledge of softball and scheduling operations is helpful.
7) Concessions subcommittee: direct support to concession's leads, and opening and closing of stand during the regular season. Several positions available.
