Coming up on Sunday, May 17th is the third race of the Miles of Smiles series !! Butler's Back the Blue 5k and Walk at Alameda Park in Butler,Pa. Fast course potential for a personal best, alot of food , Nice looking t-shirts, Prize Money $50 to the 5k winners, Walking awards.

Butler's Back the Blue 5k is on Sunday May 17, 2026. It includes the following events: 5k run, 2 Mile Walk, and Virtual 5k.

Ellport 5k ( Ellwood City ) will be on March 7th,2026. All the pizza you can eat from Pizza Joes !! Prize Money !! Fast course !! Trophies for top 3 in each 5 year age groups !! DJ Jeff Dunn !! Awesome shirt this year !!

The ELLPORT BORO COMMUNITY 5K is on Saturday March 7, 2026. It includes the following events: 5k run/walk, 5K Walk Only, and 5k Virtual ( shirt or entry gift will be mailed to you ).

Anyone that signs up for the Miles of Smiles race series will get a high quality miles of smiles jacket. If you can't make the race you can always sign up for the virtual option. Here is the 9 races in the series.

2. March 7th - Ellport 5k , Ellwood City
3. May 17th - Back the Blue , Butler
4. June 7th - Run to Breathe , Moraine State Park
5. June 21st - Run Like an Animal , Hermitage
6. July ? - Gosh Darn Goddard , Sandy Lake
7. Sept ? - Bradys Run Happy , Beaver Falls
8. Nov ? - YMCA Turkey Trot , Kittanning
9. Dec 20th - Chilly Cheeks Christmas , Buhl Park Hermitage

The BIG ONE RUN is on Saturday February 21, 2026. It includes the following events: 1 Mile Run or Walk, 5k Run/ Walk, and 5K and 1 Mile.

Butler Road Race

Early Bird registration is closing soon for our Annual Butler Road Race, taking place Saturday June 22nd 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ After June 1st the price bumps up, so sign up now!

Both the 5 mile and 2k (1.2 Mile) races begin at the Courthouse on Main Street. Every age is welcome, from stroller riders to competitive athletes to walkers!

Help us make this family favorite event a success - all proceeds from this event benefit our Annual Support Campaign, which provides thousands of people in our community with discounted (and even free) memberships and programs!
