🎒💜 WELCOME BACK, MIDDLE SCHOOLERS! 💜🎒

And welcome back to the parents who are about to spend another school year pretending we understand what our kids are saying. 😂

We’re ready for another year of:

✨ “Bet.” — Apparently this means okay and has nothing to do with gambling.
✨ “Cooked.” — Bad. Very bad. Possibly doomed.
✨ “Let him cook.” — Good? We think? No actual cooking involved.
✨ “That’s fire.” — Also good. Please do not call the fire department.
✨ “Bro.” — Your child. Their friend. You. The dog. Everyone is Bro.
✨ “Lowkey.” — Usually followed by something that is definitely not lowkey.
✨ “Aura.” — You can gain it. You can lose it. Parents apparently start with very little.
✨ “Crash out.” — What parents do after trying to understand all of the above. 🤣

Middle school parents, we’ve got this.

💜 Welcome back, EMS families—and welcome to all of our new followers! 🐾

We hope everyone had a great Open House tonight and is getting excited for the 2026–2027 school year!

The Ellsworth Middle School Parents’ Club was happy to help welcome our amazing teachers back with a tasty meal catered by Ridgetop.😊💜

If you’re new to EMS or new to our page, we’re glad you’re here! The Parents’ Club supports our students and staff in lots of ways—from helping with field trips and staff grants to organizing the Color Run, our big fundraiser of the year! 🎨🏃

Writing to you all as the former EMS Parents Club President as tonight was my last official meeting - I want to thank all of the hard working volunteers, teachers, staff and parents who have committed to helping the middle school over these last 3 years. I appreciate you all so much and I know that these years would not have been as successful without you.
Our board was invited to the school board meeting tonight for recognition of this years color run because it was such an epic event! It was really lovely being recognized for all our efforts in making this year so fun for the kids.
It was a pleasure sitting in this board with you all and I know I am leaving it in very capable hands.

🐾🚌🍩 A Sweet Thank You to Our EMS Bus Drivers! 🍩🚌🐾

The EMS Color Run was filled with smiles, foam, fun, and unforgettable memories—and our amazing bus drivers helped make sure the day ended with students arriving home safely. 💜

As a small thank you, the EMS Parents Club delivered donuts today to show our appreciation for everything they do.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, kindness, and dedication to our students and families—not just on Color Run day, but every single day. We are grateful for the important role you play in our school community! 🚌✨

And a special thank you to Marlee's Bake Shop for the delicious donuts! 🍩💜

💛🫧 A VERY special shoutout to Ms. Nyseth’s class! 🫧💛

Before the foam flew, the color exploded, and the ducks took over… this amazing group was already hard at work behind the scenes! 🐥✨

From helping create our awesome ducky display case 🦆 to packaging prizes and getting everything event-ready, your hard work made a HUGE difference for both the Parents Club and our school.

Your enthusiasm, teamwork, and willingness to jump in and help did not go unnoticed. 💛

What a day!! From ducks 🐥 to foam mountains 🫧 to colorful chaos 🌈—this event was one for the books!
