In 2 days, there’s gonna be a party at Key Mid West to kick off Labor Day weekend in style!

Jimmy Buffett left us for the great beach in the sky on September 1, 2023. Every year since - on the Thursday before Labor Day - Key Mid West and the Sun Valley Parrot Head Club have teamed up to remember Jimmy Buffett with an awesome musical tribute.

On Thursday evening local favorite band Pumptown (5:30-7:30) will kick off the party; the Sun Valley Parrot Head Club will distribute $14,000 in grants to local communities and charities during a 7:30-8 intermission, and then from @ 8 pm-10 pm (and beyond) Bryton Stoll and David Baker will take the stage - two of the most worthy artists to carry the torch for a Buffett tribute event.

Fox Market will be on site serving food - your choice of Thunder Chicken sandwich or Bloody Mary Meatball Sub - with pasta salad and chips - for ONLY $11 (cash or credit card).

Your Request for Funds form ⬇️ must be postmarked (if mailed) or sent (if emailed) prior to August 1 to be included for consideration of a SUN VALLEY PARROT HEAD CLUB grant in 2026. The 2026 grants will be awarded during the SVPHC event on September 3.
