Muyang, Caroline, Lauren, Hudson, and Mason (not pictured) all left LC Champs with High Point hardware. The team took 3rd overall with fantastic swimming from everyone.

We had several swimmers make some new cuts for Zones as well as Lauren making her first Sectional cut and Karis qualifying for Zones. It was a very exciting meet.

Make sure to sign up for our end of the summer pool party. This year we've invited some PKWY friends to join us. It's always a fun night and of course we'll have the ice cream truck there as well. The RSCA Parents Association covers the cost for the event.

At the Region VIII Sectional meet last week, the following swimmers achieved some new qualifying times. Violet and Alex added new NCSA Juniors cuts. Connor made his first Winter Juniors cut, and Abby qualified for Summer Juniors for the first time. These were some fast swims and a huge congratulations to all these swimmers for their hard work paying off.

Between the GYBYT meet and the METS meet three more amazing swimmers have added AAA times to attend Zones and represent Team Ozark!!! A big congratulations to them.

Congratulations to our current Rockwood Zones qualifiers. These 14 & Under swimmers had to achieve AAA times to qualify for the Central Zone Championship meet in August. Great job and keep up the good work!!!

Wrapping up the posts with photos from the past two days. We had some incredible swims in Finals tonight. 1st place finishes by:

Other than those great swims, we had dozens of best times, new A, AA, and AAA times. A couple of brand new Zones cuts, and a bag full of medals to bring home. Great swimming is what we came here to do, but watching the friendships on deck is even more fulfilling. I hope everyone had a great time and will be looking forward to returning next year.
