🔥 Controlled Burn Reminder – Help Us Avoid Unnecessary Fire Responses 🔥

As temperatures warm up and controlled burns begin, please take a few easy steps to keep everyone safe and prevent avoidable fire department responses.

👉 Before and after your burn, call the Montgomery County Communications Center:
📞 712-623-5107

Please remember:
✅ If you started it — check it
✅ If it’s on your property — check it
✅ If it was burned days or weeks ago — check it
💰 Can you be held liable if a fire damages others property — yes

A quick phone call helps protect your neighbors and our responders. Thanks for doing your part to keep Montgomery County safe! 🚒🔥
