The Ellinwood Underground City Foundation is opening its historic 1949 Valentine Diner as a short-term pup-up venue for makers, food vendors, artists, small businesses, clubs and community groups. Rent the space for 1-5 days, we will help you promote your pup-up. We are already rented out for After Harvest Festival so stop by and see how it works.
