The tradition continues, last day playout at one of Hebron’s elementary school feeders!! This year it was Station Elementary School. Thanks to all the band members who took time on their last day of school to do this. The staff, students and parents were very appreciative of the festive sendoff!

Great start to the 2025-2026 season with our first of two June training sessions last night! (Our next one is 9 June from 5-9.) Rising freshman, especially, if you missed last night, you can still come to the one on the 9th so you can meet up with old and new friends, meet your section leader, captain, and drum majors.

And, thanks to Jeff Peters for making a video with pics from last night. He caught the serious portions of the evening - all I heard was laughter from the auditorium while we were fitting uniforms :)

Final Yearbook order

The final draft of the MU yearbook has been ordered. It should arrive by June 2 if not before. Seniors congratulations on your official last day of high school!

Our MTHMU Seniors have left Mt. Hebron for the final time! We wish them a beautiful graduation ceremony on the 28th, and a life filled with blessings, joy and music!

Final Admin Note: after 7+ years of managing this page, I will be departing shortly. It has been 8 full years since the first of my 3 children joined MTHMU and I feel very grateful to have been involved with this special program. All 3 of them have made wonderful friends and learned valuable lessons about collaboration and teamwork. There was one time on my first Disney band trip, when I was mortified that I accidentally had the camera flipped to my face during a Live video of the Main Street parade. I vowed never to do THAT again, lol. But today, I’ll “flip the camera” to myself one final time, to say thank you, so much, for this experience. I will always follow this page and look forward to all the amazing MTHMU performances!

Join the Mt. Hebron Color Guard and be a part of the history and tradition of the Mt. Hebron Marching Band. Members of the Color Guard spin flags and manipulate other props, adding an important visual element to the Marching Band. This auxiliary group is open to any Mt. Hebron student interested in joining our team. No prior experience is necessary, and students do not have to be enrolled in a performing ensemble to participate. Color Guard is a non-graded, extra-curricular activity. Tryouts are scheduled for Monday, June 2, from 5:00 to 9:00, and Monday, June 9, from 5:00 to 9:00.
