Check in on your health with a free health screening offered by Howard County General Hospital, Johns Hopkins Medicine at our Community Emergency Preparedness Fair.

These free community health screenings offer blood pressure checks, body mass index scores (BMI), and Prediabetes risk assessments as well as other resources listed below.

-Education on healthy lifestyle choices
-One-on-one consultation with a nurse to review health numbers
-Referrals to community resources and community health education
-FREE Living Well with Chronic Disease 6 week class sign-up with class materials included.

Journey to Better Health works with faith communities to provide members with services that proactively monitor their health, programs that teach them to manage their health and a network of people who support them in dealing with a health issue.
