Let’s do our civic duty and vote in the primary elections happening right now!
This year, only Democrats are running for County Executive and County Council Districts 1, 2, 3, and 4. Because of this, our county's future will be decided entirely in the primaries. If you are a registered Democrat, your vote matters more than ever before.
All voters who requested an absentee or mail-in ballot should have received it by now. Early voting is currently underway and runs through Thursday, June 18. Primary Election Day is Tuesday, June 23.
IONHoCo is proud to endorse candidates who share our core values of public safety, education, infrastructure development, and transparency in Howard County.
IONHoCo Proudly Endorses:
• Deb Jung for County Executive
• Jean Xu for County Council, District 1
• Linfeng Chen for County Council, District 4
• Cat Carter for County Council, District 5
Democratic Central Committee Endorsements:
• Sriram Padmanabhan
• Swati Sharma
Feel free to call or e-mail me if you want additional details on the candidates or the voting process.
We can make a difference only if we are involved and we vote.
