Ellettsville Lions Club We are a group of volunteers bettering our Ellettsville, Indiana community through service. Lions meet the needs of local communities and the world.

The 1.35 million members of our volunteer organization in 206 countries and geographic areas are different in many ways, but share a core belief – community is what we make it.

THANK YOU to everyone who made our annual fish fry a success! Thank you to St. John the Apostle Catholic Church for being our gracious host.

Thanks to Texas Roadhouse, Ellettsville IGA, and Kenny Williams for donating sides for our meals. Thanks to Neptune Foods, Inc. Jonah Fish Fry for supplying quality fish and working with us every year.

Thanks to RBB Edgewood Schools Band and Choir Students and Families for serving as volunteers and selling beverages. Thank you to our club members for working the sale, and to Indian Creek Lions Club, Monroe Co. Indiana for lending us roasters to keep everything warm. It was truly a team effort to help fund these scholarship and community projects!

More helpers! The local Ellettsville Lions Club donated over $1,500 in supplies to help local people recover from the tornado. Big thanks to the Club and to Monica and Kenny for dropping off supplies at the Sherwood Oaks Christian Church disaster collection/distribution site.

The Ellettsville Lions Club is delivering $1000+ in supplies today to the county collection site to assist tornado victims in Monroe County. The Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) provided a grant to cover supplies. Our Lions do our best to help those in need in our local area.

When natural disasters strike, Lions are among the first to offer help. From July 2024 to January 2025, LCIF has awarded 89 disaster relief-related grants totaling US$1,742,295.

Thank you so much to everyone who made our annual Fish Fry one of our best to date. To St. John the Apostle Church, which not only allows us to hold the event on their property but encourages their church family to attend. To Texas Roadhouse who donated the delicious rolls, to Ellettsville IGA who donated the tasty mac 'n' cheese, to the Edgewood Band & Choir community who volunteered alongside us or drove through to purchase meals, to our own club members who donated green beans and sides and their free time to make this happen... THANK YOU!

And THANK YOU to the Ellettsville community who showed up for us. You all show us what community means in your words and actions.
