The Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking club is a student-run organization at Central Washington University. We practice cyber security, pe*******on testing, and other IT skills which aren't taught in the classroom. We also have a team which competes in the Pacific Rim Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition, as well as others.

Hello & welcome the Central Washington University Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking club.

The club this year is focused on creating a focused learning and teaching more advanced technical skills that go beyond what is taught in the classroom.

We will be communicating primarily through our Discord channel.

We will be meeting every Thursday from 4-6 PM. Please come see us at our first meeting on October 3rd. We are looking for new members. So come and meet new members in the IT community and learn some skills while your here.

It has been awhile to post anything on here but I am hoping to be making some changes in the following weeks to come for this group that will be hopefully more engaging, give an opportunity and safe space for people to ask questions, and more content and sources for people to practice or learn more about the realm of IT.

Just passing an opportunity to participate in a semi-annual event called the National Cyber Security League competition. This comp. takes place within the comfort of your home that could be accessed anywhere, but will test your skills seen tested through COMPTIA Security +, CEH, and Networking. Registration is open now, and closes by the end of March.
