Before the Pause.... Let's Talk!
Ladies, and their supporting friends and family, you are all invited to a free screening of "The M Factor 2: Before the Pause" at Hal Holmes on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026 at 10 a.m. Seating is limited and follow the QR code for your free tickets.

Before the Pause shines a light on perimenopause through real women’s stories—teachers, firefighters, and doctors—showing how silence and stigma derail lives, and why early awareness is essential to protect women’s health, work, and identity.

Additionally, there will be local healthcare providers on hand to answer your questions and share their offerings and support. Together we can get through this because the 'Pause' affects us all.

You are invited to the Kittitas Audubon public presentation on Thursday, 10/15 at 7 p.m. with Seth Hulett, Senior Manager for Audubon's WA Columbia Plateau program and host of the podcast "The Art of Range."

Stop in at 5 p.m. tonight (10/14/26) to enjoy a meet and greet with your local candidates.
At 5:30 p.m., take a seat for the the forum to hear about the candidates views on local issues with questions moderated by the League of Women Voters of Kittitas County and the KC Chamber of Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce.

We are excited to announce this weekend, Saturday, AUGUST 15th at 10 a.m., there will be an American Shape Note Music group forming! AND you, yes you, who thinks they can't carry a tune can join in!

Hours: Tuesday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. & Wednesday (8/5) 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

2026 SRP adult programming starts at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 8/5 with "Chimp Chatter." Learn about human's closest cousins in the animal world! The Chimp Sanctuary's staff will share stories and give information about this local resource 💚

Feel free to drop in for a cool place to eat lunch, surf the web, charge your devices or just relax in the AC. The Ruby Street lobby doors open at 8 a.m. and you are welcome to hang out in the cool air until 6 p.m.

Are you curious about the ancient art of falconry?

Come to Hal Homes on Monday, July 13th at 7 p.m. for a presentation by licensed expert falconers, Clifford and Janna Kellogg and their feathered hunting partners (a Harris’s hawk and American kestrel) as they share their knowledge of falconry.

This will be a great program offered by the Kittitas County Field and Stream Club and a rare opportunity to see these beautiful raptors up close! This program is free and open to all. Bring your kids or grandkids, they’ll love it.
